If you are looking for an energy-filled workout that will challenge you as you progress toward your goals, come on into our Orangetheory Fitness studio in Evans, Georgia.
Orangetheory's 60-minute group interval workouts are a combination of cardio and strength training and are led by our highly experienced personal trainers. Our Orange60 sessions include treadmill training, indoor rowing machines, free weights, TRX suspension training, and floor exercises, for a combination that will leave you feeling energized.
During your gym session, you will wear a heart-rate monitor to ensure that you are getting the most efficient calorie burn possible. The heart-rate monitor provides real time results on a video screen for your trainer to see how you are performing, and it also helps to keep you accountable in your workout as well. Our sessions have been designed to keep your heart rate within a targeted zone. When you are able to do this, your metabolism is stimulated and your energy is increased. This results in the Orange Effect – more energy and continued calorie burn for 24 to 36 hours after your session!
Whether you would like to improve your performance or would like to lose weight, Orangetheory is the perfect motivating environment in which to achieve your goals. If your goal is performance related, and you participate in 2-4 sessions every week, you can anticipate seeing increased gains in your strength, speed, and power after your first two weeks. If your goal is weight loss related and you are following a proper nutrition plan, you can anticipate seeing a loss of approximately 3-5 pounds/week if you attend 3-5 sessions/week.

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
